Lab SessionS: Every other Sunday... $10 

Lab Sessions are drop-in dance classes with a quick warm-up before going straight in to choreography. An instructor teaches an approximately one-minute routine, and we usually share some laughs along the way.  Our Lab Session routines are more cardio than impact--we do not leap or jump, and turns are simple. All skill levels are welcome, but some dance experience is helpful! Lab Sessions are offered throughout the year, always on weekends; right now we have a Lab Session every other Sunday. Stretch... Every other Sunday $5 OR $15 for FOUR-CLASS PACKAGE

Looking to increase your flexibility? Join us for stretch class every other Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. We begin with fun dance-based cardio to warm up our muscles, then to the floor for stretching with and without resistance bands (provided). We wrap up with standing leg work to maximize the impact of our stretches while increasing strength. Class ends with a cool down. Barefoot or footies recommended, but not required. Click here to get a discount with a four-class pass.

WhaT to weaR...

What you wear doesn’t matter, but come ready to sweat! Yoga pants, joggers, leggings, shorts, tanks, T-shirts, and sneakers are all great. Don’t forget to bring a bottle of water!
